Dinny’s background for the past 22 years has been in customer service.  Identifying and satisfying the needs of the customer or client has become her primary goal and skill.  Beginning in a retail environment in the outdoor industry in 1977, Dinny identified her strengths and easily shifted into real estate sales in 1992.  As a successful owner of a real estate company she manages 20 agents as well as being a top agent working with buyers and sellers, assisting in the completion of both sides of a transaction.

Dinny became a Radical Forgiveness Coach in 2007 and a Radical Manifestation Coach in 2008.  Moving into this work and bringing with her a skill set which identifies personal relations, negotiating, and top level client satisfaction gives her an ability to empower the individual as well as the company towards working in an environment that holds the quality of success and achievement.

Ana is a mediator and peace educator based in Northern California.  Over the past twenty years, she has worked with individuals, couples, businesses, government, prison inmates, at-risk families, non-profit organizations, and schools. She holds a BA in Peace Studies and an MA in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.  She is also a certified Domestic Violence counselor and Radical Forgiveness coach. 

Ana has an active coaching and teaching practice. Her expertise includes conflict resolution training, mediation, communication skills, forgiveness counseling, group facilitation, anger management, breath techniques and stress reduction. She has written articles about conflict and communication in the workplace, and worked internationally to improve health and sanity for corporate clients, most recently in Singapore at the Women's Leadership Forum.

Melissa holds degrees in counseling, higher education and law.  She practiced law for 10 years in West Virginia and Washington, DC.  As an attorney, she found that the victim-oriented litigation model created more problems than solutions.  To fulfill her desire to create a new model for society and help individuals transform their lives, she sought opportunities beyond the field of law.  Her search brought her to Radical Forgiveness, which she believes offers a framework in which to transform individuals and society.
