Hi there. I’m Colin Tipping, founder and CEO of Quantum Energy Management Consultants, LLC.

In this short video I am going to do my best to introduce you to the basic idea behind the Quantum Energy Management System, QEMS for short. Then I’ll show you the components of the system and how it would be used in any organization.

I would ask you to think of a corporation, or any other kind of organization come to that, as having its own energy field, just like any other living organism. What we need to understand is that this energy field is the aggregate of every person’s energy field who works there, or is closely associated with the organization. That being the case, it becomes obvious that the overall energetic health of the organization is dependent upon the energy field of each individual.

What the Quantum Energy Management System is designed to do is to give everyone in the organization the tools to keep their energy field clear, and free from what I term negative humenergy, and to grow as a human being.

Negative humenergy manifests itself as resentment, bitterness, self-sabotage, jealousy, self-limitation, passive aggressiveness, and projection, to name just a few. These energies not only sap the person’s own energy but causes the overall field of the organization to leak energy and to suffer accordingly.

The way I see it, there are four forms of energy moving through any corporation: money, materials, information and human energy.

Corporations have been very good at managing the first three but very bad at managing human energy.

If the human element causes a leak in energy anywhere in the system, then it will affect the others dramatically – ultimately of course stopping the flow of money. That’s why finding a way to manage humenergy is so critical.

Since we spend so much of our time at work, (approximately 88,000 hours over our lifetime on average), it is highly likely that a sub-human, spiritually averse and emotionally barren working environment will contribute to the formation of such negative humenergy in each individual — adding to whatever is already there from childhood and from life experience in general. It is also fertile ground for people to act out their subconscious wounds from earlier years with their colleagues and against authority. It all screams out for some kind of damage control.

The Quantum Energy Management System provides not only damage control but the opportunity for people to really heal whatever humenergy is coming from the past, and to process it immediately whenever it arises in the workplace. This has the effect of averting conflict before it arises and preventing the loss of energy. The overall effect on the corporation as well as the individual is very positive and contributes to a rise in productivity, morale and long service. The effect on the bottom line is dramatic and very positive.

This is the QEMS kit. Each person is given one. Inside are two books and a lot of audio CDs that basically educate the person about humenergy, what it is, and how it can be managed.

This one, Spiritual Intelligence at Work sets out the rationale for QEMS, while this one, Quantum Healing Through Radical Forgiveness explains how QEMS evolved from Radical Forgiveness which, for more that 10 years has proven its effectiveness as a system for clearing one’s energy field.

It also tells the person how they can use the QEMS kit for improving relationships at home and in their social life.

The guts of the kit, however is what we call the Q-Work Tool Kit. These are simple tools that people use to process and dissolve situations that arise at work, that otherwise might cause actual problems that would escalate and cause damage.

Remember, we are never upset for the reason we think. Behind every upset lies subconscious material that is triggering the situation, so what the QEMS tools do is dissolve the energy field attached to the subconscious material

There is no need to know what it is even, so there is no psychotherapy involved. It is simply a matter of moving that energy, and the tools do that automatically. With the Quantum Energy Management System, all the people in the workplace, from the leaders to the most entry level employees, can begin to discover what binds them together, and this deepens their commitment to being of service to each other, to their customers, and to the world.
