Kym Kennedy
Kym Kennedy is a Quantum Energy Management System (QEMS) Consultant and Radical Forgiveness Coach. As a QEMS consultant, Kym helps individuals and groups in the business setting process and transform destructive energy patterns (humenergy). Using the QEM System this "humenergy" shifts thereby creating harmony and success for both the individuals and organizations involved.
Prior to establishing her coaching business Kym held roles as a Director with The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, management positions with Nationsbank, IBM, Mellon Bank and enjoyed 8 years as president of her own computer training business. While serving as Senior Vice President of Administration for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, one of Kym's main responsibilities was managing the Human Resources Department. This position, along with her years of experience in training and coaching employees, gives Kym unique insights into the special needs of groups and organizations.
In 2005 Kym earned a Master's degree from Clemson University in Human Resource Development. In 2003 she earned a Certificate in Spiritual Life Maintenance from Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development and where she obtained her coaching skills. In 2008 she became certified by the Institute of Radical Forgiveness as a Radical Forgiveness coach and has since completed advanced training to facilitate workshops for the Institute. |

stranger to successful transitions. She draws upon 25 years of experience
to partner with you or your organization in achieving the transformation you
desire. An evolutionary change agent, she is an experienced, certified
Coach; Facilitator, Motivational Speaker, Writer, Educator and Seminar
Leader in the areas of personal achievement, leadership and team
performance; corporate culture assessments towards sustainable
transformations and successful organizational design.
Dianne established Dianne M. Kipp & Associates, LLC to support
corporations who intend to design and maintain sustainable corporate
cultures which increase employee fulfillment and improve business as a
result. Dianne provides the executive coaching and leadership
development tools necessary to successfully lead complex organizational
transformations. Her clients have included: AHA, BB&T, Franklin
Templeton, Martin Tabor & Associates, and eMason.
Ms. Kipp graduated magna cum laude in nursing, and is accomplished in
cardiovascular nursing, CVD disease research, psychiatric counseling and
community health. Her graduate studies in Information Technology led her
to the pharmaceutical industry, where she excelled in clinical research,
organizational development, strategic planning and as Director of new
product development. Dianne managed complex teams across diverse
cultures in the US, France and Puerto Rico. She has led or been involved
in several groundbreaking implementations for technology and medical
research, served as Director of Public Advocacy for the American Heart
Association, and as Director of Strategic (pharmaceutical) Partnerships for
a leading executive search firm.
In addition to a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science (Rhode Island College) and
IT graduate studies (Northeastern University), Dianne is a certified
individual and organizational coach, ICF PCC designation, Academy for
Coaching Excellence, CA. She holds advanced certification in Corporate
Culture Transformation, Richard Barrett & Associates, NC, and is an
affiliate faculty member of the University of Florida Leadership
Development Institute, in the area of Culture and Values Assessment and
Cure.
